Our story begins in the small village of Bayır, perched above the Aegean Sea, where wild oregano has grown for centuries in rocky, mineral-rich soil. In 1958, our grandfather began harvesting the herb by hand and distilling it in a small copper alembic, selling the resulting oil to local pharmacists and herbalists.
Today, we operate a modern steam-distillation facility that blends those traditional methods with pharmaceutical-grade quality controls. Every batch is traceable from the harvest team that picked the herb to the drum or bottle that leaves our facility, ensuring the integrity that has defined our family name for over sixty years.
